Our CLA softgel capsules provide an all natural source of conjugated linoleic acid from safflower oil. CLA may be utilized to support a healthy metabolism, as well as for increased muscle retention.* It may also be an excellent adjunct in a weight management program, as it has been demonstrated to help reduce body fat mass, and to increase or maintain lean body mass.*

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (from safflower oil). Each CLA capsule provides a 50:50 ratio of C18:2 c9, t11 and C18:2 t10, c12, the two active isomers.
Capsule shell (gelatin, glycerin, water and caramel color).
This product is gluten and dairy free.

One (1) softgel capsule each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
